These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Soviet-Box website (“we”, “our”, “us”) and purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products (Vintage Items)

Soviet-Box offers vintage and collectible items. Due to the nature of vintage goods, items may show signs of age and use. We describe item condition as accurately as possible and provide photos to help you make an informed purchase.

3. Orders

• Guest checkout: You can place an order without creating an account.
• Order acceptance: Your order is considered accepted after successful payment.
• Order cancellation: You may request cancellation before the order is shipped. If the order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible and return rules apply.

4. Prices & Currency

Prices may be displayed in USD and/or EUR. The final charge amount is shown at checkout.

Taxes, duties, and import fees are not included unless explicitly stated. Any customs duties, import VAT, or local taxes in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Payment

We accept payments via Stripe, including bank cards and supported wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is charged immediately at checkout.

6. Shipping

We ship from Ukraine via Ukrposhta. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

In some cases, an order may be shipped in multiple parcels depending on the items and packaging requirements.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, destination handling, and carrier delays.

7. Limited Responsibility for Carrier Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other third parties. However, we will assist you with tracking information and reasonable support to help locate your shipment.

8. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of shipment, as indicated by the carrier’s tracking information. You may request a return in one of the following ways:

• Online return form:
  You can submit a return request via our Product Returns page by completing the return form and requesting an RMA number.
• Email request:
  You may also contact us directly at [email protected] and include photos and a description of the issue.

Return Request Information

When submitting a return request, please provide the following details:

• Order information: first name, last name, email address, telephone number, order ID, and order date.
• Product information: product name, product code, and quantity.
• Reason for return:
  • Dead on Arrival
  • Faulty (please supply details)
  • Received Wrong Item
  • Order Error
  • Other (please supply details)
• Product opened: yes or no.
• Additional details: description of the issue and, if applicable, photos.

Return Conditions

• The item must be returned in the same condition as received.
• Returns are not accepted if the item has been damaged or broken by the buyer.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase (via Stripe), after the returned item is received and inspected.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including product descriptions, photos, graphics, and branding) is owned by Soviet-Box or used with permission. Copying or using our content is allowed only with prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soviet-Box shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved under Ukrainian law and handled at the seller’s location, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective date at the top indicates the latest version.
