Description Order Badge of Honor Original AWARD from the SOVIET UNION
The fourth type of Order, the Badge of Honor, is the most widespread, and is less valued by collectors than others. A distinctive feature of it is that the obverse and reverse of the award began to be made in the form of one part, and in later versions (numbers ≈857000-1573447), the letters of the USSR were also made together with the sign, and not fixed by soldering.
On the reverse, the order has acquired a pronounced depression, oval shape. The stamp "MONETNY YARD" has moved to the upper part and is made in convex letters. In this case, the word "COIN" is curved, repeating the oval of the depression, and the word "YARD" is written horizontally. The order number was applied in the lower part of the oval recess, and can be done with a graver or a drill. In addition, on some orders the number has an underline.
