TRP badges - praise and honor!
The delivery of the TRP standards was confirmed by special badges - gold or silver, and a certificate was also issued. Until 1960, TRP badges were made of bronze, tombak or brass and covered with hot enamels (cloisonne), the badges "Excellent worker of the USSR TRP" were made of silver. After 1960, the mass production of aluminum badges with a coating of liquid (cold) enamels began. Those citizens who passed the standards for several years were awarded the "TRP Honorary Badge". Yakov Melnikov, the famous speed skater, the first Honored Master of Sports of the USSR, champion of Russia (1915) and multiple champion of the RSFSR in speed skating, became the first owner of the 1st stage TRP badge.
