This original Slava 2428 mechanical wristwatch was produced in the 1980s by the Second Moscow Watch Factory (USSR). The model is appreciated among collectors for its practical multi-calendar complication and reliable in-house Soviet movement.

The watch is housed in a chromed case measuring approximately 37 mm in diameter (43 mm lug-to-lug) with a thickness of 12 mm. The case shows visible signs of careful use consistent with age. The stainless steel caseback is screw-down and marked “Shockproof Balance” and “Dust Protected.” It also bears the Soviet Quality Mark and serial number 215546.

The dial has a clean silver tone with contrasting black Arabic numerals for excellent legibility. The hour and minute hands are silver-colored, while the central seconds hand is bright red, adding a subtle vintage accent. The dial is crisp and free from damage. The crystal is clear and clean.

At 3 o’clock, a framed calendar window displays day of the week, date, and numeric day of the week (triple indication within a single aperture). The complication is powered by the Slava 2428 manual-winding movement, known for durability and stable long-term performance.

The movement has been fully serviced today (February 25, 2026), including complete disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, lubrication, and precise regulation. The watch runs properly and keeps time within normal mechanical tolerances.
